Resumé.

Led the redesign of Appcues’ core building experience in close partnership with the Principal Engineer, aligning multiple product and platform teams around a shared design and technical direction. Established a new design system and authoring model that unblocked multiple teams to ship building capabilities in parallel, accelerating development and reducing QA friction. Drove the design and evolution of foundational initiatives including Flows 2.0, Launchpad 2.0, AI-powered experiences (Captain AI), and embedded experiences.

Established the design vision and foundational direction for Podopolo's mobile app, leading a small design team across listener, podcaster, and discovery experiences and aligning work across multiple teams. Built a shared design system that increased delivery velocity and design consistency across the organization.

Designed products for fintech and banking clients such as Telefónica (Vivo), Energisa, and DPSP. Led initiatives to improve delivery quality and interaction consistency, contributed to new product concepts, and mentored designers by sharing best practices to raise overall team standards.

Worked on the Growth team driving adoption and usage across an expanded product suite, facilitating design alignment across squads and contributing to experiments and improvements focused on activation, engagement, and retention metrics.

Served as lead designer for a suite of financial applications for enterprise and banking clients, owning user research, discovery, and end-to-end UX/UI design across complex, regulated financial workflows.
